Efrebor... thrills of comedy, music in Ibadan

Efrebor, which started five years ago at the University of Ibadan, as a registered comedy group, recently put up a hilarious show at the main bowl of Jogor Centre, Ibadan, Oyo State.
The 2009 edition christened: Laff and Burst had other comedians such as Sunkanmi Adebayo (a.k.a. Sukky Lala) and Gabriel Afolayan (a.k.a. Gabby Jones) of the award-winning Super Story fame in performance.
The coordinator, Oluwasegun Ogundipe, said, “comedy could be used to motivate and educate the audience and as such, the country’s comedians should be encouraged to put in their best.”
The show, which, is planned to tour other cities of the federation entertaining people also showcased the skill of Princess Damilola Adekoya.
“Soon, people would see it as a platform to be entertained and enjoy unlimited comedy. We are capturing Ibadan first, later Lagos, and everywhere,” Ogundipe said.





Digging it with the enterprisers

RECENTLY, Pan African University’s Enterprises Development Services (EDS) organised a Christmas party for ‘enterprisers’ in Lagos.
The event, which held in the school’s premises, was aimed at bringing together ‘enterprisers’ from all walks of life, who have excelled in their various human endeavours after taking EDS tutorials.
Young enterprisers currently under tutelage were not left out in the gig that served as a platform to celebrate the centre as well as its students.
Guests were entertained by X- Twing while Mattson Creations showcased his artworks and photographs.
